Default progress front clip off

well this was much easier than I thought it would be. took me 6 hours by myself, just had my sons help me lift it off. I am replacing with a one piece, this one had tons of bubba fiberglass repair done to it and would have taken forever to straighten out.

nice job. I have a doner front clip to remove and then install on my 70. Did you get yours off without damaging it? I see the rear bond at the door is easy enough to get to, but how did you get to that one forward of the door at the firewall?

I like the oil drip mat.

I agree, don't forget to post installation thoughts and pics when you get to that point.

Check the birdcage and frame near the front body mount, there's that foam block wedged between frame and birdcage to keep crap out but it's excellent at trapping moisture, a lot of cars have rotted there...so might want to check it out now that you can. You can see that the area is fairly rusty already, hopefully only surface rust.
