suspension !!!
With your front setup did it lower the front end by 2"? I installed a set on a rolling chassis and it's a 1" higher than stock but the body is off the car. I put about 650 lbs on the front end and it only dropped a 1/2". They are 550 lb. springs but we are going to change them to 450 lb springs b/c the 572 BB weighs about the same as a SB.

I have not installed them yet. I won't be using those shocks seen in the picture, I want to get the double adjustable ones for SB cars. The new brakes are so big that I can't put the original 15" wheels on it any more just to see how the car sits, I need to order some big a$$ rims soon.
thanks for now
I sold a 1979 L82, and now I'm restoring a 1975 L48. I made a frame off with a friend of mine, and the new engine will be a 383 stroker with alu heads performer rpm, intake manifold performer rpm, demon carburator, and other gooooooood things
. I had a problem becouse I'll use this car for drag racing here in Italy, and I wanna use all the horsepower I have.
To do this I'm looking for rear&front end suspension.
For the front end I'd like to put the QA1 coil-over code GMP44.
The rear end is the probem..... I've seen Guldstrand rear suspension with parallel upper and lower links, and I'd like to know from you if anyone has utilized this (G02-300) or there's something like that for sale complete with coil-over.
Thanks
Andrea
