Engine mod question Ls-5 454
I have a Ls5 manley cam stock bottom end ,edelbrock torq2 manifold, edelbrock 750 carb ... While my car is apart for painting I was thinking about future engine choices or what to do with the engine I have.
Do I sell the one I have and go with a crate motor or what choices or suggestions to do with the one I have ?
I like the 509 Merlin crate engines AS far as hp and price I,m willing to spend.... Could I came close to specs with the motor I have ? and Cost?
I should been in the garage sanding , but cant seem to put down my coffee and get to it...
