Control Arm Dimensions?

Control Arm Dimensions?
After removing the control arm bushings, it seems that I've spread (bent) the control arms when the cross shaft is installed. Before I spend a few hundred dollars on a new set, I'd like to attempt to bend them back into shape with a press. Does any one know the dimensions of the spread of the upper and lower control arms? If someone is kind enough to measure these for me, please specify if this is the inside dimension, or the outside dimesion.
