Default uprate driveline

hi, i'm going to uprate the driveline of my '77 C3...the car has a rebuilt oem t-10 4 speeds trans, stock 2.5'' driveshaft and stock 3'' half shafts and diff, i need to uprate everything to cope with the 575 hp 530tq new engine now, i usually drive on street tires and everything have survived the power output all right because i've taken care of not going over the line...but it won't be like this fm now on (after the engine is well run in )...
for the trans i'll stay with a t-10, getting a super case/etc, i dont like 5 or 6 speeds, for the shaft i was thinking abt an aluminium 3'', if needed, for the half shafts a 3'' HD alu or carbon, diff have no idea.
advices will be most welcome and i have 2 questions:

could i get a strong enough driveshaft of only 2.5'' (oem size) instead of 3''? i have seen that the shaft is not perfectly centered in the tunnel and maybe it could touch it if i fix a 3''.

could i keep the 3'' steel half shafts? they look pretty tough to my eyes

i've noticed, reading the threads in this forum, that people do not talk usually abt uprating the differential when talking abt the driveline, why? is it an uprate needed? who build a tough one which bolts streight into my application?

thanks a lot/Giu

This site is two years old or so, but I think they still carry all of the same parts. There are some pretty tough differentials here. I don't know about the 3 inch drive shafts - they could be a tight fit.

The three inch rear half-shafts should do OK with your higher powered engine. The weakest link might be the U-joints...
