Default Fan Shroud Replacement

Hi, I would like to know how invovled it is to replace a fan shroud on a 1970 or 1971 Vette with air on a 350ci engine. Will I have to pull the radiator or not.

I have a '69, and I believe it is similar....it IS possible to replace it without removing the rad, but it is very difficult and there is a great risk of damaging the radiator. I've done it both ways, and it took me less overall time when removing the radiator.

Be sure to remove the fan and water pump first (in that order). The fan/pump/shroud assembly is like a jigsaw puzzle that is almost impossible unless done in correct order. Good luck.

I have a stock, unused GM fan shroud for a '70 350/350 if you need one.
