Default 73 handling question

I have a 73 L48 stock vette and would like it to handle better (too much body roll around turns). It currently has a stock front sway bar (dont konw what size) with none in the rear. My question is this, how much difference would it make to put new sway bars on it from VBP, I'm talking about the 1.250 front and the 0.875 rear. or should I go further than just sway bars.

For a ? such as yours you should talk to VBP as they can give you the best info. Or you can also contact Van Steele as well. Both great people to deal with.

Get the sway bars and maybe the 460 pound front springs. You don't really feel stiff front springs. You mostly feel the rear spring.

I find the rear sway bar, monoleaf spring for the rear, KYB gas shocks on all four corners along with the front sway bar really help my 73 bb handle well on the curvy, winding roads in Maine. The monoleaf and gas shocks not only flatten out the body roll in the curves, but add better ride quality on the street.
