My front turn signal and marker lights do not come on with the head lights, but they work when you turn the turn signal on. The rear lights work fine. Any suggestions?

I am confused:
Your turning indicator works correctly with headlights OFF?
Both sides?...front and rear?
ALL marker/parking lights and turning indicator DO FUNCTION CORRECTLY in position 1 of headlight switch pull?...but, do NOT with headlights ON (position 2 of headlight switch pull)?
Neither side?...front or rear?

The parking lights and markers only work when the turn signal is on, they go out when the turn signal is off.

Something is shorted or is grounding thru ON/OFF circuitry...which can be cause by bunches of little things or one or two big things.
Free fixes(process of eliminations):
Inspect all bulbs and eliminate any doubts of 1157's, 1156's, or GE 158's are burnt or shorted(probably not the problem anyway).
Inspect all current grounds...a long heavy gauge (10 or 12) double clipped wire can assist you here...clip it to a good ground and go from location to location of any area you *suspect*might have a faulty gound.
Using a test light; inspect your switches for correct current locations...have double clipped ground wire handy.
using test light in these locations will also tell you if you are getting power at ground locations...which means shorted wiring.
Thats all I can offer without any more specific lighting symptoms besides the symptoms already written.
