Spider Web
I have a small spider web in my left front fender. 
It is not that noticeable now but it seems to be getting larger. I probably will wait til next year to do anything but wondering what causes this, and what can I do to fix it. The car was repainted 4 years ago. Is the best way to sand and repaint??
