Looking for a graphics kit
Similar to what runs on the side of an 82 Collectors Edition, except in red. Any ideas where to find something like this? Thanks, Steve.

I've never seen them in any other color but stock. Mid-America and others offered the collectors edition striping for something like $1500. Not sure if they still do.
There's also a couple of supplier of various decals and tape kits advertised in the back of magazines such as Super Chevy.
What you're looking for though you may want to think about getting a good paint person to do. Someone who does flames or custom work may be able to sketch something out for you.
