Yea, we get LT1 Vettes in the shop, the owners says it runs poorly. We ask them if they just had it detailed. You guessed it, they hosed the engine and the opti-spark is flooded. Add $1,000 to their detail job...lol

WAter is the opti's biggest killer. MSD came out with
a 100% better opti, and its water proof. I'm sure it's
gonna be over $600.00 for a unit

adjustable timimg 5+/5- degree. They came out with
a better cap n rotor also.

94. This was the older (and more expensive) opti. This one lost a battle with an overflown river. This was actually out of a camaro, but a vette would have suffered the same fate. I was driveing in the 81 vette right behind my wife when it happened. The water looked 6inches deep to me too.
