Could be number of things. Bad gain control, bad speaker, bad power transistor, bad connection. Probably bad power transistor, the one on the heat sink. Don't run it like that to long, or you will do more internal damage to the electronics. Take it out and have a pro look at it.

If it was working , and is not now...I'd say your Power Amplifier has crapped the bed....unless you know your way around radios and electronics, do as mentioned above...
"Take it out and have a pro look at it"...or bring the whole vehicle to an audio shop and have 'em check it out...
