I am going to try to organize a small get together/ meet and greet at either Applewood or at Wasaga in a couple of weeks. Greg (gdh) and Don (DCShark) are sure to be there and last year I met Matt (Shockwave) and Rick Mowles at Wasaga.

Maybe Paul79 will make the trip and I will introduce you to my friend mschevous85. :cheers:

I lost count a while ago. I've met a couple on the West coast (fauxers), some in FL can't remember screen names. I went and raced go carts with about 13-14 guys from the Boston Crew (including George above), a few folks from MD, and a bunch of the folks in the NJ/PA/NY area - and see a few of them pretty often. Thats not including all the folks I met at Carlisle last year....

If you were here.. Chances are we met.



I like meeting the other members, it's part of the fun. I've made prob 5-6 good friends through the forum! You all know who you are! :cool:

I just finished a 76 car cruise around the Houston beltway that was originated on Corvetteforum. At least 56 of the participants were forum members. You should have seen the expression on the faces of the non-vette drivers on the road!

Well now I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 forum members!!!!!
JRChurch (Rick)here in Clarksville, Rhys (Chris) in Tampa and now the man from Kentucky...Rolling Thunder (Dave)
Dave came and spent the evening here with me and my family and shared both from his heart and of his 502 project 71 vette. I have met 3 top class people from this forum. Take the time and go for a ride and meet one of the fellow members and share some joy. My wife is more than likely tired of hearing about what we are going to do next but get next to another corvette enthusiast and watch the time melt. I can say my life will not be the same after meeting these fine folks.
Dave, thanks for letting me drive that super fine 95 convertable..now I know what I am missing or should say, know I know what I need..today was a very good day....Thank you Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ditto what Neil said about it being a good day! I really enjoyed the visit and the fellowship. Any of you folks that want to see a first class frame off in progress, you need look no further than Neil's driveway. I'll be embarassed for him to look underneath mine, now.
