I have met 7 (actually 8 - someone from PEI introduced himself to me at the Wasaga Beach Cruise last year but I can't remember his handle):

Nunus79 is the one who told me about this place after meeting him at our local drag strip. Then after coming here I have meet 8t1-7t9 Bionic Vette (Cappy) and M-R-Vettes from the C3 forum. From the off topic forum I have met No Mercy and 2 Tyte.

I met Bryan from this forum and a few of the C4 & C5 guys from Phoenix when I did their Arizona cruise in a month or so ago. Going back in October & November and will meet even more. :eek: :D :eek: :D

just one,a local C5 guy who i met b/4 this forum,he had a C4 then.we have replied to the same posts,but never directly to each other.he's pretty snooty and he and his fellow C5 guys don't show much attention to us other vetters on cruise nites.needless to say,he could trade in his vette tomorrow and the corvette community would suffer no loss.i attribute the snooty-ness to the fact we have little in common,they're are polishers,we are greasers. they stand and talk about polish,we talk about fixing our vettes ourselves and then polishing them!!

dlw, or Dan, invited me over to his home to meet in person. Cool guy :cool: . After seeing his SHARP 72, I have been embarrased to take my beater '69 over there. I'll have my car looking as nice as his someday .

Most of these guys are the New England crew and we get together a lot to go drga racing, cruising, and to shows as well as cookouts, bar hopping and the infamous NC 1,2 and 3 series, with 4 coming up.

I have had the pleasure of meeting 2 forum members thus far. JRChurch here in Clarksville Tenn where I live and Rhys and his wife while we were on vacation down in Tampa Florida. Really great people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to me Rolling Thunder soon for he is not to far from me in Bowling Green. I should of gone to the CorvetteForum cruise in but my vette is in a frame off and I would hate to drive something else to the corvette museum.
