Default need help

Can anyone tell me the best way to bring my steering wheel back to center, she is slightly cocked to left when driving down road.Specifically, can I move the flange on the steering box after loosening it just a bit to bring wheel to middle., That does loosen up to the point where i can either slide it off and fit it back on after turning the steering wheel to where i need it, or do i need to remove the rag too.Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

I don't think there is a way to move the flange on the steering box, It is a one way fit, It has a flat end that allows the bolt through the coupler. I would just get a wheel alignment, should solve your problem
