Master Cylinder Bad?

Gauging that it sat for 2 1/2 years, I'd get a helper and do the pump 'em/hold pedal, bleed one caliper at a time, in the right order, twice around (or in your case maybe more), with a clear plastic tube attached to the bleeder and the other end in a mayo jar with about an inch of fluid in it, until "NO" bubbles can be seen...not even little tiny ones...just fluid...I am slowly learning that vette brakes are a very strange bird...but I am also learning how to deal with them...that's my 2 cents...
yup i have never had a failure doing any car this way......and the pusher calls out starting...3/4....then i crack the bleeder...1/2.....1/4...then i close the bleeder.....down.....then I tell him release and we start all over we do that about 10 times per caliper

Here's how finicky these things are...last week, I had a pedal to the floor scenario after several months of inactivity...I remembered that when I initially bled the brakes...my rear driver side had air, only that caliper...this last Sunday, I bled just that caliper again (seeing air in that caliper during Sundays bleed), and WHAMO!...great brakes again...I am deciding what to do about it..
