Two projects getting along together......
The 68 vette I've had for a bit is nearing completion. 468 ci solid roller (.651 lift, 255/262 duration) 10.75:1 CR, AFR'd, F.I. motor (602 HP w/ the Edelbrock performer heads) and my 69 Camaro (Shafiroff Racing Brodix aluminum blocked 540 ci motor - 707 HP engine dyno) getting ready to be done......
I really can't wait.
The Vette will be more of a weekend driver. Yes, I know it is a solid roller motor but being a convertible, it is SUCH a blast to drive. Texas sun is the place to be with convertibles.
The Camaro will have Vintage Air A/C and all of the nice amenitites, etc., but I still can't get over how much FUN I have driving the Vette.
I will bring Lars in to tune the camaro when it is done, and probably get the vette 'tuned' the same day.
I'm betting they make close to the same RWHP.
This is fun.....
