the two brackets that have a caged nut to fix the rad. bracket to the frame are rusted to death. they are on the bottom left rear and right rear of the support and go to the lower front frame horns.
Sounds like you are talking about the triangular brackets welded to the support. I don't think anyone reproduces that but I'll bet a sheet metal fabricator could make one that looks just like the original.
My brackets are good but the caged nuts were sure wasted. I ended up cutting those bolts out.

I had a sheet metal shop fabricate a new set of cages for me. Corvette Central had the body nuts. Other suppliers undoubtedly do as well. I don't think the cages are reproduced. It's simple enough to make them, though.
Do you mean the cages for the nuts or the triangular brackets? I think I misread your thread. I had the cages made for $15 for the pair. After I paid, I thought it would have been easy enough to make my own. The nut cages in my rad support were wasted but the triangular brackets were fine. Generally the lower crossmember of the rad support rusts out but you say yours is OK? Got pictures of the area in question?
I got a pair from Coffman several years back. They aren't listing them as available for `68 on their web site and if I remember correctly, I phoned them to inquire. Paperwork is at home. I'll look tonight for availability and price.
I don't believe Coffman is a supporting vendor...GD
I found the paperwork from `99, paid $50 for a pair of those. I drilled out the spot welds, cleaned everything up and welded the new ones in. Worked great.
Coffman may not be a supporting vendor but sometimes ...

Nice link! For as long as I've been messing with my '68, I'd never heard of Coffman before. To make it even worse, Mansfield is only a few minutes from where I grew up. It looks like they have some nice products. Now I am informed. Thanks!
If I were you I would take that support to a fabricator and have him look at it. Not only is the triangular bracket in bad shape, but the metal that it attaches to probably needs some attention. I had mine rewelded because the original spot welds were pretty poorly done and I needed new lower support brackets welded on at the same time.
The good news is that you still have enough left of the bracket that a good fabricator could reproduce the part.
