my comment about hydratech hydroboost
hi, i just fixed the hydroboost into my '77, apart from the clean looking into the engine bay compared to the stock booster i have these comments:
1) brake pedal feeling is totally changed, from soft/medium to hard.
2) the run of the pedal much short.
3) the brakes do its job in a more 'sudden' way, half inch before no brakes, half inch run after the full strength is in.
in general i'm positive about it, maybe i just will have to adapt a different braking sistem, on the highway i had a couple of panic braking because my foot put the brake as if i had the old booster but it stopped where there was no brake in, so 'panic' and the full power went in suddenly, i was b...scared
another iussue, i feel the pedal after braking does not go back as quick as i like, why is that?
i have a full set of willwood superlight caliper and braided hoses.
