Headlight issue.....
Everytime i post here, you guys are extremely helpful. One day i'll be knowledgable enough to start helping others myself 
My 1975 Corvette has no trouble turning on or off the headlights, but once they come on, the "buzzer" continously sounds as if i have left my lights on with the car off. I can dim my display by turning my headlight **** to the right, which puts an end to the annoying buzzer sound; however, it also makes my display so dark i can't see my speed.
Other symptoms include:
Tachometer doesn't work
Battery strength doesn't work
Oil Pressure doesn't work
clock DOES work (which i thought was weird...)
Gas gauge doesn't work
and finally, Power Windows no longer work
All of this happened at the same time.
Any help on this issue would be VERY VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

You may have one or more of the dash/gauge ground wires disconnected. There is one for the tach, one for the speedo.and one for the gauge cluster. Check those first. Then check the gauge fuse. The power windows are fed thru a separate circuit. Make sure the p/w power lead is plugged into the fuse block. You need to get a schematic if you don't already own one.
