Grease boots bad????
Here's one for you front end gurus...just had the oil changed and they said the grease boots were bad, grease came right out when they put it in....
Is that something I can replace with a new boot? I thought that was something that came with the specific part....you have to change the part to change the boot??
Any suggestions appreciated...thanks

The boots just slip on over the ball joints. You will have to disassemble the joints to get the old boots off. Depending on how old the joints are it might be worth it to put new ones in since they aren't expensive as Vette things go. Of course, while the suspension is apart you might want to look at control arm bushings and springs as other replacement candidates. See how the madness starts?
