Default Hose Q's

Anyone replaced their A/C hose with stainless braided? Im refering to the one from the compressor to the condensor and the one from the compressor to the cannister thingamabob. I have the compressor through march so i know i need a -8 and a -10 an. Now what size do i need for the cannister thingamabob and the condensor? Anyone know of the top of their head?

Im also looking to do the same with the power steering. also through march. I need the whole thing, from pump to remote res, from res to box, and from box to rack. (thats how it goes, right??? lol) Anyway, anyone know those sizes?

Thanks a bunch

Default braided hoses

There are a number of braided hoses avaliable. I myself have been using mostly aircraft lines in various cars over the years, they seem to last longer than the cars. As for the line sizes for the power steering, a -6 or 3/8 hose will work fine. I perfer to use tefelon lines for all of hoses i replace they take the psi involved, they also work great in areas of high heat where as rubber will harden and start to break down.
I hope this helps.
