Default Turn Signal Specialist Question

I have all running lights and good bulbs. The dash indicators work and flash. The right front will not flash, rear does. I can switch the front TS leads and the right will work on the left. On the left side I have current at both sides of the 1157 terminal in the socket 11.65 V the other 6-7 V, with the running lights on. this is the side that works and flashes alternately with the side marker. On the right side both 1157 terminals are the same at 11.67 V. and won't flash. It is the last lighting problem I have to fix, any thoughts? I ordered a wiring diagram but it will take awhile to get here. Thanks Ron B.

From your description with low voltage at one of the terminals it is a good possibility that the wire is corroded causing high resistance which reduces voltage.

That's what I thought at first, but the sidemarker is some how wired in series with the front. And the one with two different voltages internally in the bulb socket, is the side that works. I know what you mean about corosion, these things are 35 years old. It's just amazing how they survived as well as they have. Wonder what my C5 will be like in 35 years.
