1970 Wiper Door Vacuum -help please!
Most recently had to take the left hand dash off to repair the
tach. I have done this a few times before and I labeled all hoses -
and never had a problem. The headllites work just fine but, the
wiper door is going crazy. That is, I turn on the wiper control -
the door goes up, wipers come up - then the door tries to crush
the wipers. I have a Headlights & wiper door diagrams and fact
sheet but doesn't tell me what I need to know. Part II should be
about the electrical regarding the wiper door. That is, and does anyone
know the trouble-shooting of the Solenoid - it is grounded to the tach
but can the electrical leads be reversed? The limit switch, headlite
switch seem fine and all hoses in engine compartment are new and
fine. Your advice would be welcome.
