Default Rear parking brake cable bracket

When I bought my 69, all the hardware for the emergency brakes had been removed. I'm try to replace it all now, but am confused as to how the front of the rear cable is mounted. I found this bracket from Ecklers
http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...dept%5Fid=1081
but can't find a place on the car where it would mount. Anyone know, or have a picture, or maybe a diagram?

factory welded on the front face of the trailing arm. You prolly will want to weld the bracket on top or the back face, away from the tire wall.

No, the other end where the cable hooks onto the equalizer.

I think this is what you're looking for. You can see one of the brackets in this photo in the lower left corner. There is one on each side of the frame. I have more photos at home. If you need them let me know and I can post them tonight.

Bash, NO ITS NOT, what is showing is the hydraulic fitting on the INSIDE of the T/arm....NOT the tab for the ebrake on the outside....

the tab for the ebrake can be moved, and the first posting there is of the brackets used on my '72, but I know by '78 they were welded on the cross support, not bolted....

I easily moved my bolted brackets to the outer edges of cross support and angled them up to encourage the brake cable to allow moving the tab on the t-arm to behind the rotor, not on top.....everyone seems to advocate moving them on top, and I had to say it seemed nicer, but remember trying that configuration some years ago, and not being very happy with the results....NOT compared to behind the rotor anyway...

Yes it is, I'm talking about the bracket that's bolted to the back of the crossmember. Not the one on the trailing arm.
