Default Steering and handling problems..

I just finished taken the vette out for a spin to test the new fan belt ( yeah no more screeching)and I feel as I am driving along the car is going to go out of control. The steering is so quick and is very squirrely .. I just feel so on edge when I get up to 60 70 MPH.. Ya cant relax and just drive along..
Now I had the car converted from maual steering to POwer steering..
Now I have noticed two holes in the tie rod ends and saw somewhere that they were for steering response.. ???
Anyway thought I would let you guys chew on this one and see what suggestions come up!!!
Starting back on W/S/W tomorrow.. New seal in actuator and wiper switch..Will let ya ll know how that goes.. Any tips here to are appreciated!!!!

check to see if all the parts were swapped over- pitman arm, center link, correct tie rod hole. Has the car been aligned afterwards?

there is so much that effects this.....front alignment, rear alignment, rear wheel bearings, differential half shafts, u jpints...steering gear...etc etc.....you need to find the problem because throwing money at all of this really adds up fast

They are in the steering arm and the power equiped cars use the inner hole. The outer is for manual steering. This actually quickens the steering up.
Your problem is common and often a sloppy steering box.
Someone like gtr1999 can do wonders with your old box.
