Anybody running one of these? I am debating between the stage III and the stage III+ I want a pedal that is as light as possible.

I've got the SPEC Kevlar one on my 6 Speed good for 500hp. I think it's stage 2. I've heard bad things about the ceramic one. Sometimes they get stuck to the flywheel, and they always chew up the flywheel pretty quick. Mine is grabby and has a nice pedal feel. Barely stiffer than stock. But it does have clutch chatter, especially in reverse, common problem with these on LS1 tech.

Are you running mechanical linkage. The hyrdraulic system allows you to run a stiffer clutch and yet have a light pedal.

Can't help you out (yet). Got a Spec 3+ in a current project (400 hp SB Fiero) but haven't run it yet. The Camaro boys like them and one of my Techs has a 3 in his LS1 z28. He says they're fine if you use 'em like you meant it. If you baby them, they'll chatter. We don't intend to baby it, expect it to work great. Good quality parts from what I saw when I put it on.

I have 500miles on my Spec III, good for 650hp. Great clutch, no chatter and fairly easy pedal pressure.

HIGHLY recommend it, call PAUL @ Thunder Racing and he'll hook you up w/ a Forum Discount.

Not sure how much power you're making (I'd imagine I'm making around 550hp-/+(DD sates 610hp)) but keep in mind the higher the stage the less driver friendly. Paul has a Stage IV in his LS1 SS but it's making some serious power and he recommed a stage III if I planned on driving it on the street a lot.

Definitely, get the stage 3 or even 2 if you can get away with it. No reason to chew up your flywheel anymore than you need to.
