maby maybe not
I dont think so and here's why ( though i could be wrong)
the steerign wheel set up in a 68 vette is a carry over from the 67, and thats why you wont find things like horn contacts and some other stuff in the 68 catalogs, have to go to 67 to match.
Not saying it wont work, but you may have to do some adjusting to get the horn to work properly.
Thanks for the heads up on the Bonneville switch I called today and I got the last one they had or will have! It was pricey, but less than half the cost of what the vette switches are going for.
Cool. When I bought mine last year, they had 25. I figured they would go fairly quick what with all the 67-68 owners I was hearing complaining about broken/inop switches...
Now they need to figure out how to build one in brass that is rebuildable...or at least uses a better cam. The plastic barbs that lock the cam into turn position are too fragile for such a frequently used part.
I recently went to NAPA and bought a switch for a 68 Bonneville. It was nothing like the switch for my 68 Corvette. The bolt patten was different, I couldn't even see how it could be modified to fit. I'm waiting for Shee-Mar
Paul67,
I just ordered a turn signal switch cam repair kit from D&R Classics to repair just the problem you have. I'm in the process of rebuilding a '68 Vette column that I picked up as a "spare" and found the cam was broken. The cancel cam repair kit cost all of $10 from them +$2 shipping. They are typically a Camaro parts place but I've found they have many hard to find items that the Vette shares with the Camaro. In your case, the '67/'68 turn signal switch (at least the cancel cam) will interchange. You may want to contact them.
