I noticed another thread on here, and it sparked my own interest in a problem I'm having. I replaced all of my plumbing about 6-8 months ago w/ braided lines (real braided lines). Ever since then I've had some issues w/ the headlights and the wiper door not staying open, or even opening when i need it to. The headlights seem to pop up.... but you need to give it time. The right comes up pretty quick.... but the left just takes forever!!!! If i get out and give it a tug it pups right up..... but will usually do so on its own, just about 15 seconds or more after the right. The wipers seem to be ok, as long as i can get the wiper door to open, and stay open w/o closing and clamping down on the wipers! GRRRRRRR. So whats my problem? Is my plumbing to small? Do you guys think I have a leak? Bad actuators? I think I can try the left headlight myself, as its obvious which line to mess with. However, I'm wondering what to do about the wiper door. Which line controls it, and is it in the same loop as the wipers? If so.... I'm guessing the that just because the wipers are working doesnt mean its perfect, and may be contributing to a loss of pressure down the line that has affected the door mechanism. Any help would be appreciated. I'm about 6hrs from the car atm, so can't actually look at it now for insight, but i sure could use some advice on what you guys think my problems are! Tks!

Dr rebuild has done his homework here too, order a vacuum troubleshooting guide from him, there great. I think he also has some troubleshooting help on his web site also. I can never get the pics to show though and this pis*es me off, I hope he soon fixes that.
