78SA decal

does the 78 SA have a plaque on the console below the gear shift? I saw this in my assembly manual but dont recall seeing one anywhere mine does not have one
just curious

My 78 Pace Car does, I think all 78s do but am not totally sure.

--Note to all, VERY OLD PIC!!! The 8-track is long gone.
