Default mystery engine numbers

i need some help identifying a engine. The distribuitor is located in the rear of the engine and it goes through the intake mainifold, so im pretty sure its a chevy engine, but there are no numbers located on the block pad, and the only thing i can find stamped on the block is " k21, 445, hi perf, pass" this is located near the oil filter. does any one know exactly what i have found?
