Passenger side wheels

About 8 months ago I purchased my Corvette. It is a 1971 coupe Corvette. It is in good conditions for its age. Recently I noted that the wheels related to passenger sides are not in 90 degrees related to the floor level. In other words, upper wheel surface appear to be inclined more inside Corvette compared to lower end (road surface contact).
One of my friends told me that I must replace all shock absorbers and rear leaf spring. Another friend told me that I need to replace rear rotors and possible rear shaft.
If it is possible for you, I need serious advices or counsel to solve the problem. What are the real cause of the described problem? What parts I need to replace? Is it a common 1968-1972 Corvette problem?
Thanks in advance.

Suspension is not difficult so if you have some tools and a bit of aptitude you can do it yourself and save a LOT of $$
