Default '77 Rear End Questions Again

OK, so I finally got the rear crossmember down with a little pursuasion. I have two question:

1.) Am I thinking correctly when determining the gearing: It takes 3+ (approx to the 1 o'clock position) spins of the center to turn the outers 1 complete spin. Does this mean I have a 3:08? I'm looking to replace a broken mount on the cap and get it rebuilt to a 3:70.

2.) Should I replace the outer bushings of the rear crossmember? If so, how do they come apart?

I'd appreciate any help!

3 turns would be 308's. If your car was/is an base motor automatic thats what they came with. Some 4 spd cars did too, but just about all the automatics did.
If the bushings are not dry rotted, cracked,or otherwise damaged leave them alone, unless you want to drop about $85 each for new ones.
If you're removing the diff, get a copy of my paper and open it up and take a look for yourself to see how it looks.
