Head lamp vacuum relay leaking ?
Hello.
I found out what seems to bee a vacuum leak in the head lamp vacuum relay.
With the engine idling I noticed that both of them is sucking in air from the
rectangualr opening in the bottom of the relay.
I dont think that's the way it should be.
I took one of them off the car. If i attach a hose to the middle "hole" (the one that goes to the vacuum tank) and block the other two "holes" with my fingers while blowing/sucking thru the
hose I can feel and hear the passing air.
The head lamps opens and closes fine as is.
But maybe I could have a little better idle if I repaired this.
That is if it's really broken.
I think I saw a pretty detailed article on someones web page how to dismount and repair the relays but forgot wich web page any hints ?

I had this same problem with one of my relays, could hear it leaking from the bottom. I hooked both head lights to the good actuator. Head lights come up alot faster now.
