Default torque for ball joint bolts when replacing rivets

as the header says what should the torque be on the 3 rivet replacement bolts for the upper ball joints?

The original ball joints were riveted in and some (many?) of the suspension rebuilders also rivet in the new ball joints. Are the bolted in ball joints just as strong? Any opinions?

Thanks
