Check here... most of the data sheets are available on line, and they were a good company to work with...(I bought my ZZ4 from them) http//:www.sallee-chevrolet.com
My champagne taste is greater than my beer budget. I definately think that 12,000 is way out of my league. After spending $900 on my trailing arms I may have to reconsider the 383. Ouch!!! owning a Corvette can sure put a strain on your marria... uh, I mean budget.
I will tell you one place that I would not suggest. That is Beck Racing Engines. They did not honor their warrenty with me.I turned them in to the Better Buisness Bureau. They chose to ignore them also. When Frank Beck did not want to talk to me anymore he had his sec screen his calls so that I could not talk to him.I spent a lot of money with him and he left me with a bad engine.
Do Not Buy A Beck Racing Engine......I got the 383 Max Velocity Plus.....It was a very bad experience for me, and I would never do that again.....Buy from GM at least they will give you what they have on the parts list, and do the things they say they'll do on the invoice. I got the same treatment.....They were always out to lunch or in a meeting.....and never call back.......You'll find yourself talking to the secretary most of the time.
I just fired up my GMPP ZZ502/502 a couple of days ago. Way too much to do before I can drive it, but just the sound of that monster exhaling will put a perpetual smile on your face. :D
