WOW is the word or to quote GDAINA-HOLY SMOKES.It feels like a different
motor, the horsepower and torque difference is something you can really
feel, all the way though the RPM range.Right off of idle I could feel it,the more gas I gave it the more it wanted. And the sound, this is what Hooker Sidepipes
should sound like, louder then the reverse flow mufflers, but no were near
as loud as the CCI inserts. My thanks to Jim for making a great looking
exhaust system work as good as it looks. Thanks again Jim....1RED1

Stainless, burnshields, etc They have flanges so they can be bolted in,my
fit tight so I did use the bolts
The baffles are great aren't they. But you should use the bolts. The baffles may spin if you don't. When the tube gets hot it will expand and make for a looser fit. If it spins, you could have it jam back into the outlet (or the tabs that hold the normal muffler in place) and possibly damage the flutes.
Just curious, does your engine now sound like the sound clip I posted? It would be interesting to compare different engine sizes and power levels.
I sent an e-mail to JCL about his baffles, and more important to me, his heat shields. His reply also gave his web site address. JCL stated that his web site was not complete, but was operational at: http://www.spiralturbobaffles.com/
