Default Body Height

I have a question re: the height of the body of my C3, both front and rear. The car was on blocks for over five years during a body on restoration, which included a new stock rear spring, new shocks front and rear, new traction bars, and front sway bar bushings. The front springs were not replaced, but were off the car for awhile. The car has been off the blocks and setting on new T/A radials for about eight months, but the body seems to set too high in both the front and rear (probably 6-8 inches from the lip of the wheel wells to the tops of the tires. I had read that it takes time for the rear springs to settle. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone have any ideas/solutions, including possibilities as to why the front is still so high?

from top of tire to lip doesnt have any meaning. approx correct height is from floor to lip and should be at 27" approx. after installing all new springs i was at 28 plus. once you drive it a few miles it does settle down. 100 miles later im at 27 1/4 in rear and 26 1/2 at front and im super happy with the stance.
