74 headlight hookup?

74 headlight hookup?
HI
when hooking up the headlights - is the following correct?
the middle vacuum line from the relays go to the main vacuum source, the top connection goes to the back of the accuator, the bottom goes to the front of the accuator, back at the check valve, one end goes to the manifold, where does the other end go?
