stroker suggestions pleeease!
Alright, i got my motor outta my 74. Its a 350 L48 with some mods like cam, heads, hedders, and intake manifold. The heads are the Edelbrock RPM's 64cc. The stock crank is a 2 piece rear main seal. I am wanting to get it stroked to 383 but i dont know wat stroker kits to get. I want an all forged kit around $1700 or under. I want about 400-450 hp. Id like to keep the c/r under 11.0-1. Wonderin if any of u guys had some suggestions on which kits to look at.

This month, I can offer an all-new, all-forged 383 kit: purchase price $1275.
Crank: Forged 4340 Steel, 2-pc seal, Internal Balance, 3.75" stroke.
Rods: Forged 4340 Steel, I-Beam, bushed, ARP cap screws, 6" long.
Pistons w/pins: Forged 4032 Aluminum, Flattop, 2 radiused valve reliefs, wire locks, digout notch, -5cc DV, 1.125" CD.
Rings: File Fit, Top 1.5mm plasma moly w/barrel face, 2'nd 1.5mm reverse twist, Oil 3mm std tension (11.5-13 lbs).
Bearings: Tri-metal babbit rods & mains.
This combo will make 10.5-10.6:1 static CR with uncut stock 350 deck, 0.039" compressed gasket, thirty-overbore & 64cc heads.
