Strange laws in PA, you can only buy alcohol in State run stores, not the QuickieMart, you can only carry out like 2 cases at a time :confused: What if you have a date :D I have always just found beer hard to find, so I bring my own, or is someone going to bring a Keg?

I find the NH laws up here odd too. Like, no beer at the state run liquor stores - gotta go to the 7-11 types or grocery store. Guess I better bring some. How in the he** am I going to get that much beer in a Vette?? Oh well, I guess I'll limit it to a keg and an I.V.

Pretty much all the bars in PA sell package goods. To buy a case or more you have to go to a beer distributer, and yep wine and hard stuff you have to go to a state store... goofy as hell here in PA. I probally just going to pick up a 6 pack at one of the local bars... there is no shortage of bars in the Carlisle area! :cheers:

My wife and I will be there. We probably won't have the Vette unless I can get my vibration problem fixed by friday morning.

Dan (dlw) is going to try and make it also. If he can, we're going to motor up together.

I just thought of something stupid, I don't need to pre-register for anything do I? I'm probably not going to bring the Vette, and If I do I'll find the "works in progress" section and park it in there. I get so sensitive about my car's shape when I see everyone else's beauties. It seems like everyone has a restored Vette when I put mine next to it :rolleyes:. Realisically speaking, I'll probably show up with my wife in a 4runner, with a Hood and 2 rally wheels in the back :D.

My 16 yo son and I expect to be in Carlisle by Thursday night. Are you sure the hotel isn't going to mind a crowd of people cooking and drinking in their parking lot? Sounds like a tailgate party for a football game, which is ok with me. We'll be at Carlisle all day on Friday so we'll probably stop in afterwards.

I really dont think the Hampton is going to have an issue with us hanging out... at Carlisle there are always people hanging out in the losts and from what I understand a clb is also having a pizza night in the same lot. Not sure which club it is tho.
