Horsepower gains
How much of a gain can I expect to see if I disable my power steering and take off the pump. I already took off the a/c and felt a little increase. Any ideas? :eek:

Cant imagine it would be worth it compared to how HARD you're gonna have to crank that steering wheel in the corners....You'd prob need a spinner **** for each hand.... :crazy: :eek:

Sounds like your looking for real horsepower gains. If that's the case look at $1,000 for cam, intake, carb & headers. That's HP gain. Then keep your power steering and re-install that A/C.

thanks for the replys. I don't like the a/c because the stupid compressor weighs alot and doesn't work at all. Anyway, I've already got the carb, cam, intake, headers, dual exhaust, and what not. I'm looking to squeeze alittle more out of her
