Strange one: On my 68, with emergency flashers do, it works, on front parking lights and rear tail lites, as it should.
With emergency blinkers off, all lights work when acuated (brake lights, tail lights, all parking lights, etc), but the TURN SIGNALS do not work. No clicking sound, and turn signals do not work even when signal arm is held in a turn signal position
Ive changed out the turn signal "clicker: (the electrical thing with 2 prong connector behind dash pad), no joy

get a volt meter and check the switch in the colum at the connector under the dash. if teh relats are good then chances are the switch may be the problem
"You have a 68', therefore you are not allowed to have blinkers!"
Seriously, I searched everywhere for months and no help...It (Blinker Assembly Switchy Thingy) was supposed to be put into production by a guy who told me he had purchased the rights from GM but he was waiting for enough advance orders to make it worth his time. I opted to buy a later model tilt/tele. I tried to pull and fix the old one..breaks easily Several parts houses show a listing but they are not built to fit a 68'.PITA.
