After i installed my engine and connected it to the transmission it seemed to be a little harder to turn.. def over 15 ft lbs, but not extremely tight.. everything is hooked up.. all linkage and 5 out of the 8 plugs are in.. i work nights and i've been workin on the car all day, dont ask.. .... is this normal? or should i be worried?

Very Normal...you got the plugs in? Even harder with them in.
I kno the concept of compression but even the 5 out of 8 will cause this effect.. I built the engine with someone who i thought was a dependable engine builder, an the engine would not turn over.. had to rebuild again.. also has anyone ever torqued their roller rockers while the car was idling with the valve covers off? i hear that this is the most accurate way of doin it.. any comments on that?
