I assume you mean the bolts that hold the caliper halves together.
I used a 1/2" socket and breaker bar with a 2' extension before mine came loose. If they're still on the car, it's easier. If off, you can fit a 2 X 2 through the caliper for leverage.
try using a good penetrant like pb blaster, then use a tube or bar over the end of your ratchet to gain leverage. if this still fails then apply heat to the bracket, NOT the bolt and then try the ratchet and bar again. if you dont have a torch setup, any hardware store will have the handheld butane torch. i actually prefere those over a torch so i cant over heat the metal and weaken it. it is also possible you didnt have a good bubba mechanic and someone crossthreaded your bolts.
I used an electric impact wrench on mine. I snapped one using a breaker bar and It felt like the other was going to break too so figgured Id try the impact and almost **** when it actually worked. I got all the other bolts off no problem with it. It might be worth investing in one, I use mine more than my air impact right now because of the noise of the damn oil-less compressor.
