What is the stall speed of the stock 700R4 for an 82?

Larry,
I wonder what the stock stall speed is on any of the transmissions 350/400/700R4. I put a 1800 stall in my 78 with a 700R4 overdrive in it with a 388cu motor. I figure my cruise speed would be 2200-2400 rpm and wanted to be under that. Perhaps someone can answer this question.

Its not a 700R4 but my assemble manual says that my 1980 TH350 is 2100 in stock trim. Hope this helps.

Stall speed depends on torque. When you increase TQ, you can increase stall. Hold brake & mash on gas, check tach.
