Sold by an Australian, possibly partially finished in Australia, most likely cast in China like all Procomp parts. Doesn't mean they are all rubbish (I run their CDI unit), just unlikey to be what I'd call Australian.
Can't help you on gaskets, I notice they make different versions with different runner heights.
Didnt think their flow data looked all that impressive (perhaps more honest than the others) I bought ProTopline heads (New Zealand design). Certainly the ProComp heads are good value.
