Default Correct MOMO Hub Adapter Part#

What is the correct part# for the MOMO steering wheel hub adapter for a 1976 Corvette. I am wanting to put a MOMO wheel on the vette and need to know the correct part# of the hub adapter that I need to get.

Are these for actually for 1976 redheaded stepchild steering columns? or all years in general?

Just generic. They list 69-93.

Hello Paul...

I have the 2702 hub and it has a slot in it for the telescoping lock, but the stock locking lever on my 73 vette is a ring that will not fit into the slot.

So I was looking at 84-89 vette columns and it seems they used a lever to lock the telescoping adjustment that is a small hub that mounts to the star bolt and has holes for the locking screws and then a single lever that looks like it will fit into the slot on the 2702 Momo hub.... Am I correct?

I called a salvage yard and ordered the locking lever from an 84-89 already since the pics I found of it looked promising and it was a $30 dollar part.

What is your take on this? I appreciate any response.

Thanks!

EDIT: wow I just realized how old this thread is.... I hope Paul is still around to answer this, but if anyone else has any ideas that would be great too!

I was thinking of just letting the tele feature go, but I think I'm gonna wait and see if this lever from the 84 vette works with the hub I have.

Well I got the tele lock lever/ring from a salvage yard off an 84-89 Vette column and it worked great.

Now just waiting for the adapter ring from grant, part number 4008. It's just a metal ring that adapts the 6 hole momo hub to the five hole grant wheel. This stupid little part is tough to find in stock. Have one on order from summit but the back order says October! So did a little more digging and it seems amazon had 3 left in stock so I ordered one.

Supposed to be here August 24-26. Ill keep the updates going and post pics if I actually get the part by the listed date.

Keep eating that popcorn
