Default ANOTHER starter question

Hi, I went to fire up my 74' 350 4 speed today, and when I turned the key to start, it does nothing. The lights on the dash don't dim or anything when I turn the key to START. I went to where the starter relay on the passenger side firewall, which is now missing (to make things more confusing). when I apply 12V to either terminals labeled B or C at the relay socket, or jump the S and battery terminal on the solenoid, it starts perfectly, so I know the starter is good, but the key won't do it. I looked for a clutch safety switch (which it never required for me to start before), thinking it may have been shorted before and is now an open, but when I found it, there is nothing connected to it, and no unplugged harness to reattach! In short, could anyone illustrate or explain to me the color of wires/path of the circuit from the switch to the starter relay on the firewall? Thanks!

UPDATE:

I heard a buzzing noise in the console when I turned the key to start, as it turns out there is a yellow wire to the ebrake buzzer that is hot on start as well as a red wire which is hot when the key is on. Since the yellow wire turns on and off going from start to on and back, I'm assuming my ignition switch is OK. I'm going with that there is a broken wire in the harness, does anyone know the color of the wire for the starter going through the firewall?

Well, since I had 12V start power at the buzzer in the console and the relay works, I'm assuming a wire in the harness broke. I ran a new wire from the buzzer to the starter relay (kind of a hack repair, IMO), but now it starts.
