Default Nordskog Wiring help

Going to wire in the Nordskog gauges in my dad's 82. The instructions aren't very detailed. Can anyone tell me where to tap into all the different factory wires and what colors they are? I'm fairly good with wiring but I don't want to disect the wiring harnesses trying to trace all the wires!

I'm waiting for Nordskog to ship my guages, You're definitley going to need either an AIM or a service manual. Any particular guage you need info on? Maybe I can look it up for you later after work?

Here are the places I need to know where to tap/wire color:

Purple wire to Parking Light circuit
Orange wire to factory Oil Pressure sender
Yellow wire to factory Fuel Level sender
Grey wire to Speed Sender (think the 82 is equipped with this, not positive, haven't looked yet)

Also, where are the best/most convenient chassis grounds and 12v switched power to connect to?

oil press should be tan
fuel should be pink
light circuit coming off headlight switch should be a brown wire or a dk green they should both be hot. Dk green might go to the cluster, look for it there, just pierce the wire with a 12 volt tester in the large harness plug at the back of the cluster and see if it lights when u turn on the lights.
there is also a yellow wire that comes out of the hl switch that should be hot also.
As for speedo I'm not sure, I was told by nordskog u tap into it at the cruise transducer. My vette is a 79 so not sure about your 82 setup, u have a 4 speed auto 2004r or 700r so its different than my turbo 350.
Hope this helps, ESU

Hey guy's, I hate to rain on your parade, but I am just getting done with removing my Nordskog gauges and going back to the original analog gauges. I do not have a very high opinion of the gauges, their accuracy or their longevity. Also they are almost impossible to see on a sunny day. If anyone wants to buy a used set, I am going to send these back for repair - IF - they will do it under warranty, then I'll sell them. I just don't like them.
